Gamuda Land’s maiden international project - Yen So Park in Hanoi, Vietnam is primed to be South Hanoi’s premier business district. This 800-acre park will include an integrated township, a world-class urban park and the biggest and most modern sewage treatment plant in Vietnam. This will be the Gamuda group’s finest township development and infrastructure expertise in a single project.

As one of Vietnam’s most important development projects, Yen So Park entrails the development of a sewage treatment plant capable of treating 200,000m3 or half of Hanoi’s waste water per day. Upon completion, Yen So Park will redefine Hanoi’s living environment and become one of Asia’s most dynamic and scenic cities.

The project involves the redevelopment and transformation of an existing park into an international-class thematic park surrounded with integrated commercial and residential developments.
